Regency On Central

About Us

Built in 1965, the Regency On Central was designed by George H. Schoneberger Jr. based on his vision of bringing urban luxury living to the Central Phoenix corridor. The Regency was home to Arizona’s 13th Governor, Jack Williams, and was known around the valley as “Our Governor’s Mansion.”

Though this building has obtained National Recognition for its historic significance it is also a modern and vibrant space. Extensive renovations of this 22-story tower began in 2004 with multiple award-winning designer Libby Copeland giving the interior a contemporary update while staying true to the mid-century modern design. This was continued as renovations were completed in 2014 that have created fresh new outdoor spaces, including an outdoor living space that serves as a relaxing lush “3rd home” for residents and their guests to enjoy after a long day’s work before heading to their luxury condos.

Regency On Central has 119 Units total; 1 ground level retail unit, 114 luxury condos and 4 penthouse homes. All living units have balconies with glorious views of the city and nearby mountains. Professionally managed, Regency on Central has a 24-hour manned front desk, high tech access control system, and a 36 camera surveillance system. ROC’s outdoor living space boasts a heated pool and spa, 2 cabanas, 2 large built-in grills, an outdoor eating area, a gas fire pit and dog park. Regency on Central also has a beautiful event space with kitchenette, bar, TV and grand piano. Other amenities include a fitness center, and underground private parking. The area offers incredible dinning, arts and entertainment nearby and the light rail conveniently at your doorstep.
